We have a vendor booth at the 9th annual Urban Arts Festival, at The Gallivan Center on September 21st-22nd, 2019 where we will be selling our community donated art pieces to raise the necessary funds that are so needed to offer crucial support, resources and advocacy for our brave Huntington's Disease community and their families.
We welcome and encourage all artists and mediums, skill levels and ages, to participate and contribute to this wonderful cause.
100% of the funds raised will be donated directly to The HDSA Utah Chapter, to assist those in our community who are suffering with, or are impacted by the genetic, neurodegenerative disorder, Huntington's Disease.
What is HD? It's a devastating disease, and the symptoms are described as having ALS, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s -simultaneously.
This fatal genetic disorder causes the progressive breakdown of nerve cells in the brain. It deteriorates a person’s physical and mental abilities usually during their prime working years and has no cure.
